Annual Owners Meeting

We look forward to seeing as many owners as possible at the Annual Owners Meeting on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 9am. You may attend in person at the North Conway Community Center or on Zoom.
You all should have received the mailing for the Annual Owners Meeting last week. In order for the Board to complete the planning for the meeting, we need to receive your RSVP from all owners asap. A big "thank you" to those that have already responded! The mailing included a QR code which is the fastest and easiest way to RSVP for the meeting. In addition, a paper form was provided that can either be mailed or emailed.
In addition, we would like to remind everyone that if you cannot attend the meeting or are attending by Zoom, you will need to submit the pink proxy form so that we can achieve the necessary quorum and so that every vote is counted. The mailing included all the instructions and forms required.
