Snowy Weather Maintenance

As the snowy season approaches owners and guests are reminded to assist in keeping the parking lots clean. This requires the movement of vehicles to plowed areas, so our maintenance company can then plow the remaining spots.

In addition, second floor units are reminded to clear the heavy snow load off of decks throughout the season as to avoid an additional fee from our maintenance company to do so.
